Terms of Service
Version 2026-08-09-commercial. This packaged draft still requires qualified legal review before public launch.
Membership and software license
An active paid membership grants a limited, revocable, non-transferable license to use the software and member resources made available under your plan. You may not resell, redistribute, reverse engineer, or share credentials or license keys.
Standardized instructions; no individualized advisory relationship
The Forge by Sigma Echelon provides software and standardized automated-trading instructions. The service is not designed to tailor trading recommendations to a subscriber's positions, account balance, margin, income, net worth, risk tolerance, investment objectives, or other personal circumstances. Sigma Echelon does not take custody, hold broker credentials, or receive discretionary trading authority through Forge. You remain responsible for enabling the executor, account permissions, supervision, sizing choices, and all gains or losses.
Billing and cancellation
Subscriptions renew until cancelled. You may manage or cancel billing through the customer portal. Access can remain available through the paid period unless access is suspended for abuse, fraud, chargeback, or a material breach.
Acceptable use
You may not use the service to violate law, manipulate markets, interfere with infrastructure, bypass licensing controls, scrape protected content, or harm other users or third parties.
Automated instruction delivery
The licensed executor may retrieve, execute, skip, reject, duplicate-check, modify, or close orders based on server-issued instructions. Instructions can expire or be unavailable during maintenance, connectivity loss, broker outages, or account restrictions.
Service changes
Strategies, features, release schedules, supported brokers, and integrations may change. Beta or event access can be time-limited and may be withdrawn or modified.
Limitation
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided as-is and without warranties. Final terms should be reviewed by qualified counsel before public launch.
