Data collected
The service may collect account information, billing identifiers supplied by Stripe, license activation identifiers, device hashes, application version, signal-delivery and execution acknowledgements, broker ticket identifiers, usage timestamps, product events, legal acceptances, and support communications.
How data is used
Data is used to authenticate members, administer billing, enforce software licenses, prevent abuse, operate the service, provide support, and improve releases.
Payments
Payment card data is handled by Stripe and is not stored by The Forge by Sigma Echelon. Stripe may process data under its own privacy terms.
Retention and security
Records are retained as needed for service operation, legal obligations, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, and documented retention schedules. Reasonable technical controls are used, but no system is completely secure.
Your choices
Members can download an account-data export and submit an account deletion request, subject to legal, fraud-prevention, tax, billing, and security record requirements.
